Payment

We accept all major credit cards using our secure interface. T595net is a trading name of malcernie ltd, your statement will show WP-MALCERNIE LTD.

Site Availability

We endeavour to keep T595net available for use at all times, but do not guarantee the site's availability.

Refund Policy

The annual subscription for a Premier Account is non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you need to contact us with regard to your subscription, you can contact us in a number of different ways:

Full Conditions

• Quoted prices are correct at time of last site update and supersede all previous prices.
• Premier membership is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• We reserve the right to vary the price of the Premier Membership or its functionality at any time. Any price change will come into effect at renewal.
• We accept orders via the web, with payments processed by WorldPay.
• Account upgrades will occur instantaneously. If there is an error, we will normally upgrade your account within 48 hours of payment being cleared (except weekends and Bank Holidays).
• Premier Account subscriptions does not transfer ownership of any part of T595net to the subscriber.
• We do not guarantee the availability of T595net.
• We accept no liability for advice contained within T595net and/or the usage of products supplied.
• We reserve the right to reject or cancel any subscription, refunding outstanding full month subscriptions on a pro-rated basis. i.e. 2 full months remaining of annual subscription equals 2/12 of annual fee.
• Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights.
