Are the tank, front mudguard, cowl and bellypan the same across the two models ?
I want a green one !!! might be able to get away with having just the rear sprayed if all the other bits fit

I'd have thought you'd be better off getting all your orange bits painted green at the same time therfore illiminting the possiblity of a mismatch in the paint. Tis a shame that they didn't carry Roulette Green onto the 08 SP3. I'd have thought the green would have stood out even more with the new wheels and the black forks

Then again, maybe green wasn't such a popular colour as quite a few dealers seem to be pumping out 07 SP3's in Roulette for £6695

Nice colour (Neon Blue) - I wanted a Green S3, but they discontinued the colour the year I bought mine!

So I went for Blue - in fact a mate of mine bought an 05 S3 in Blue, as he liked the colour of mine - and has now traded it for an 08 model - again in Blue!!

The Seat Cowl is definitely not the same ... the rear of the seat has been redesigned.

The Beelly Pans look similar, there is no knowledge of any change to the Tank or the Front Mudguard.

The Tank changed on the 07 to a Metal Tank ... mines the plastic version and IMHO looks a lot neater without the welded seams showing underneath.

You're just jealous because you know your Speed Triple will be inferior to mine.

How can it? yours is orange and has an ugly metal tank. That in itself makes it infinitely inferior to the overwhelming majority, in fact all of, powered two wheelers
