Anyone used them before? Anyone know what they are like? I have given them my bike, and the service so far is very good I must admit, very friendly and helpful, only issue I have is that my bike is the only for of transport I have but the 'cant' give me a loan bike because they arent insured through their own policy if off of the business premises overnight, hence causing me a shed load of issues. Not wanting to take my business else where but I am thinking about taking it to Jack Lilley as I will get a loan bike from them for definate although they seem a little more pricey.

Yeah that is what I was thinking, they are doing a little bit of work to it today to try and sort the problem, if that doesnt work then I will pull it out of there and take it to Jack Lilleys, unless someone else can recommend a good dealer in the same area?

When I've had loaners from JL in the past you have to pre-book, it's a limited resource but nice feature. Make you tell Bulldog why..

I got some seriously poor service from them to be honest, the problems I took it in with were never even looked at fully to be honest. I got the feeling that my bike was being slotted in between other jobs and after 2 weeks I needed my bike back, you know to get to work etc.. but they had no idea when they were going to be able to get it fixed. I took the bike apart myself when I finally insisted that I have it back and within 30 mins had found the problem, and it was dark outside too, one of the throttle body balancing screws had dropped out and falled under the starter motor. One of the jobs I had asked to be done, and they suggested may sort the problem was infact a TB Balance so as you can imagine I was very slightly annoyed to say the least. It turned out to be a simple job and a very quick fix at that, all of 1 hour to be exact, then obviously a balance up and away you go... I can understand the lack of a loan bike if you have no idea about how long a job may go on but if you cant spend time on the bike then dont book it in to be done in the first place... I will definately not be taking my business back to Bulldog, to be honest I am a little dissappointed as when I first went in there I was very happy with the advice and service that I got from them, and was more than happy to leave my bike with them until the lack of action started. Now though, unfortunately, I will not be taking my business back to them as I felt like a secondary priority to them whereas I believe that any customer should be given the same amount of respect and priority as the next, doesnt matter who they are, a public service whould be run on customer satisfaction, and this customer for one was not satisfied in any way shape or form. JL here I come!!! Booked it in for a service and a check over at the end of the month - with a loan bike for the day, no quibbles...
