Just finished putting a 147bhp/02 complete engine/ wiring loom/ecu/etc in my 595 and bugger me i'm struggling to get the ECU/dash working.

The horn/lights/auxiliary's are fine but the dash/fuel pump/main power relays are as dead as a Dodo--spent mosty of Sunday afternoon poking at it and then again last night.
Following the wiring diagram i've got, there appears to be a tip over sensor and an ignition relay shown in the schematic and visually in a picture but neither of these two items feature in my wiring loom!
I suspect the wiring diagram i've got is for a USA spec model and not a UK spec, (as there is also mention of emision equipment that the UK does not use)..
All the fuses/relays are fine, i've traced the ignition switch and kill switch lives and switch live feeds and all is Ok, i can get the main power relay to work if i earth the primary side but this makes no difference even though by doing this a live feed to the system is created.
I wonder if there is a break in the loom as Triumph wiring has the god awfull practice of splicing wires together and taping them up within the loom......
Million dollar question, have i missed/overlooked something!?

They did fit the 'tip-over' switch to 02's - at least to Centennial models ....... behind the battery box I think it was .....

[edited]:

Question--if there isn't an alarm fitted to the aux multi connector (alarm connector), should there be a connector plugged in with a jumper wire for the bikes main power/electrics??

D'oh d'oh and double d'oh!!

Looked at my alarm connector and located the main power wires and bridged them out (equivalent of having a jumper wire) and voila all systems go....!
Only taken the equivalent of around 5hrs worth of fiddlin and swearing to solve an obvious elementary issue!!
