Right! so I've just upgraded to a premier membership, and first thing I've done is to create a T595.net email account. However I can't get in because the log-on page stubbornly refuses to accept my password. Any suggestions?

I've tried both and got some gibberish about "unknown user". I'm not very computer literate (the most complicated thing I can do is install my software ), so perhaps I should just delete the account from my profile and leave it at that.

Yes it does: I then enter the email address and password, and I get a little error message saying "Unknown or disabled user. Please log in here." I've tried with "@T595.net" and with "@T595net" but I still get the same error message, so I'm wondering if it isn't recognising/accepting my password. I was having some trouble with my wifi connection all through yesterday (bloody thing kept on cutting out on me) so I wonder if the information was well transmitted: everything appears ok on the T595 email settings in my profile, but it just seems that when I want to log in to the emal account the informaation hasn't percolated through to that bit... strange...

The mailbox is enabled. Do you get bad password or wrong mailbox as the error?
