I've been doing a little POI type stuff for TomTom recently ... got a bit of enthusiasm for it again ...
I was thinking ... I had to stop and sit for a while... but then I thought of the "Friends of T595" POI ... and just keep it in the knowledge base for people to download
What it would be is anything (vaguely) related to the site that would be worth pinning on a GPS map ... and include phone numbers
some ideas ...
Foresters, Scropton
Clatford Arms ...
Bugbears place in France (it is a commercial B&B place, right?)
Tony's Dyno
Ace Cafe
Triumph-ant
Trident Exhausts
just a thought ...

USA trumpet dealers are done ... 
I am punting them out at £1.50 on ebay (lose 50p in ebay costs!) ...not to retire on ... just a small return so I can stay motivated to maintain the list (the USA alone there are 173 dealers to pinpoint) ... there is actually a lot of time consuming work to do them
If there is no genuine interest in them I won't bother updating them (If the US is anything like the UK there have been loads of dealer changes in the last year) because it is a lot of work for nothing if you know what I mean?
I was thinking of maintaining a mailing list so whoever takes a POI will get mailed any updates that are made... if one of the locations is innacurate ... a new dealer is added ...they change their name et etc
Is £1.50 too much?
A 30% discount for T595 Members?
I had the UK list done from a couple of years ago and only a couple of people showed any interest on here and I was giving it away...
I don't know if that is because not many people have GPS or whether the info is just not valuable to anybody
One of the odd things is what do you do with an ex-dealer? ... They probably still have the expertise but may not want to go the Triumph solus route - so could be still worth knowing about ... For the UK I have a second POI with the ex-dealers and other independents ...
Nobody has made any suggestions for the "friends of T595" POI so it looks like a non starter...
Let me know your thoughts ...

I think its a good idea (but then I would...) otherwise canyou not incorparate it into the ex-dealers and independants...?
BTW, did you get mail about wheels?

This goes for anyone - you can suggest other locations too.
Name (as you want to be listed) + Phone number if you want it included and perhaps a link to a streetmap /gps co-ordinates of the site
