Not a question, a statement Never ever write Rossi off and how bloody good is Lorenzo. To get up to 4th with the injuries he is carrying was amazing. The Ducati is definetely not the weapon is was last year.

The Ducati is just as quick in a straight line but seems to be worse everywhere else. Last year they were able to keep near to the others through the corners and blast past on the straights, but this year the others are better on the straights and the Ducatis don't appear to be handling as well

Lorenzo WILL be World Champion at some point as he doesn't let his injuries show at all and he has all the self-belief needed

Not to decry Lorenzo, who's a real talent - but after being told all weekend that he actually couldn't walk, he did his best to push-start his bike after stalling it on the warm up.....

That's because he's obviously a hard bastard who doesn't want to let a lot of pain stop him trying to win and without his injury he might well have done. Ride of the day.

With two broken feet Id say it likley he as having trouble walking. But on race day he would be pumped up with adrenaline and Doctor Costas special elixir I bet push starting the bike hurts now...

Yamaha have got their bike to be good in all respects now including a bit of power...Ducati have relied on the power and are finding out now that they will have to make it handle as well if they want to carry on winning.....and I still don't think stoner is a development rider capable of telling the engineers what they need to know and it looks like melandri is much the same.

Judging by the way Stoners bike was bucking and weaving on the weekend I think the comparative lack of handling is a major issue and I do agree that Stoner doesn't seem like the bloke to develop it, probably why they are looking at Biaggi and even Bayliss to help.
