Tis rather cool looking, but the front mud guard doesn't really flow with the rest of the bike.

It's built from a '73 bike with the gear shift on the right.
The model it's fakeing was much later than that and had the feet the other way round. - Bit of a give away.
The centre stand or the frame lugs are in trouble - stand shouldn't go that far forward from the vertical. On an early oil bearing frame that's most likely the frame.
I'd have to see it in the flesh before I'd even think about bidding.
