I recently had to do this as all the bearings and the long spacer were toasted after 20K miles.
Although your bike uses slightly different components to mine the costs are very similar 
On the later bikes, 5 needle bearings, 2 short bearing sleeves and one long one was £170+

excellent information; I'm doing mine and at least 2 are siezed solid. At that price I'll replace all of them now I'm in there. Now where's my nearest WYKO....

Just been to my local WYKO armed with the above parts list, ordered everything listed.
The only parts they could not help me with were the last two listed, items ;
Swing Arm Seal Needle Bearing Seal ref 630-37-4 £1.65
Swing Arm Ball Bearing Seal ref 640-52-5 £2.20
All prices + VAT
bearings and seals were from WYKO ;
They said the item numbers were not on there system and not wyko items!!, can you confirm if they are Wyko or triumph part numbers?
Thanks for all the part numbers as i've saved a fortune over the OE triumph parts.
