The ST is due to get a new engine at the end of this year for next season.
Or so rumour has it.

The 1050 's 3 year old, this year, the updated 955 ran from 2002-04.
So could be due anytime.

Not sure the capacity needs to go any higher.

I dont see why they cant, if its getting a newer more improved engine, why not diversify the engine and use it in a new big Daytona. It cuts costs and spreads the r&d evenly across a range of bikes, they then can use it on a new and improved speedy....

So id be buying 2 new bikes, that would make my collection 4 triumphs!
