I've not seen what's been posted and had the wand waved but since last week it seems to have caused a bit of friction having two more mods here. Don't abuse the power boys, you'll spoil the special thing T595 is renown for. Let things take their course and only interfere when it get's beyond a joke.... I guess it's those that are moaning that are the offenders anyway?

At best I can lob a 2oz lead about 125 yards.... the sun is about 93,000,000 miles away so he'd need a fair bit o' backing

Unsporting indeed, Thanks for the offer BL I will keep it in mind, my biggest problem is that a very big pit that I have always wanted a crack at used to be on a £25.00 club ticjet, its now £400.00 and sydicated for those in the know it's Bradleys pit, for those really in the know, theres a pit next door still on the old club ticket and has produced carp over 40 (the two pits were once one much bigger pit).

1050trip: for those in the know it's Bradleys pit, for those really in the know, theres a pit next door still on the old club ticket and has produced carp over 40 (the two pits were once one much bigger pit). | If you can get on it start a prebaiting session now to get the fish on yer bait, just a few handfuls of chopped and whole boilies with some pellets (low oil) every few days and keep it going in for a few weeks then set up shop and try dropping your hookbaits in the baited spots.... keep well back from the edge and keep quiet, hell I don't need to teach you watercraft, but tis a useful reminder

BL, talking of water craft, location is deffo key, either water only contains a handfull of fish. Bradleys has been stocked a couple of times but I believe the original stock is the same as ashlea pool (just over the road). Bradleys has seen 2000 smaller carp in recent years, some put in by an old aquaintence of mine that owns Savay the water next door (hills) has never had any additional stocking, which I reckon give an absolute maximum of 8 fish in about 50 acres. bradley's is about 100 acres btw. I remember meeting Mike Willmot on the banks of Bradleys when I was a tad younger. and when i was a proper whipper snapper, fishing with my dad, I remember seeing Keith sykes and who now understand to be Richie MacDonald up a tree carp watching. I never new who either of them were at the time as I was only about 10 and carp fishing was about as secretive as anything ever got (I remember my dad trying to wind em both though )

Oh yeah and I can remember fishing Horsehoe before the carp society got there hands on it; my mate had the best feckin job in the world, he lived in a mobile home on the lakes main headland, and "managed the water" which meant he fished 24/7 and got paid for it. and had the water to himself most of the time I bet its been a good few years since you could literally spod out chum mixers on their heads and just reel the buggers in

8 fish in 50 acres..... good luck... biggest water I've fished was Brasenose 1 at about 27 acres... fish into a south westerly wind and only about 20-30 yds out, an overcast drizzly day fer preference

Mr Tabs: it would have to have a fair old whip on the tip, to get to the sun. | Firstly, is that optional and does everyone have to have their tip whipped in the t595 fishing club? Second, are you sure it would get to the sun? I can managed to get to roughly my solar plexus but anything else would really be pushing it. Surely it would dry to the consistency of dried wallpaper paste way before it got to the sun anyhow?
