Hi
Thinking about the above trip - Can anyone offer me some guidence?
Any usefull onfo on costs, travel times, local hotels or links to usefull sites please.

There is a hotel right on the ring run by a Brit. http://www.nurburgring.org.uk/
You could get there in a day if you wanted, but do not go on the ring the same day. Remember there are 2 rings, the F1 track and the Nordschleife, you want the latter. Do not go if there is a F1 race that weekend; you will not get on.
It is a pay as you go €21.00 per lap or €70.00 for 4, you need to check the times that the ring is open to the public!
If you bin it, it will cost you around €3000 to get it sorted! That's just the charge the Nürbring make...........
The weather cab be appalling even in the summer.
