Not really, I preferred the old method of entering a post/zip code as it was easier for users. However, the web service I used charged per lookup (only pennies, but it adds up) and recently changed their packs so I had no idea what to buy. I'd already written the "Get Coordinates" for the POI so it was an easy thing to slot in.
