Tiger 1050 (07->)

I just visited my new local dealer at Wellingborough. I was greeted with a smile and a hot coffee. Unlike my old dealer.

I needed my Tiger serviced. I was offered a loan bike foc, a choice from the entire Triumph range. I managed to get the Street Triple for the day (Great Bike)

They were cheaper than my old dealer. All the staff were friendly and professional.

They even sorted a few little niggles I had with the bike. It also got cleaned.

I dont normally praise good service, however I must be getting older and its getting closer to the season goodwill. They did a great job.

I even got a free bike care pack. Which was an added bonus.

I have to say that I have been very pleased with the service I have had from this very friendly bunch. Only spoiled recently by their technician who seems to have a problem with people who work on their own bikes. Tried to baffle me with science that unfortunately smelt very much like bullshit, expensive bullshit at that. Bought TuneBoy and did it meself, expensive but more satisfying.

i had excellent service when i bought my bike from pure triumph and have nothing but problems with it since. i had around 8 or 9 courtesy bikes and left the bike with them for a week each time it went in to be repaired. i like the sales staff but the technician there is an absolute helmet.
