You don't eat it silly!

At one group holiday many years ago, some friends of mine had to call the chalet maintenance people as the Jacuzzi had broken.

The water inlets had all got clogged with celery fronds!

i had the first of the new style zx10s for a couple of weeks to run it in.

it was as mad as a fish, it would lift off the power in 4th gear, and it sounded like it was trying to remove all of the air from the immediate vicinity.

the induction was louder than the exhaust

I may do Thurs Evening - un Afternoon (like last year) if the Bendy one is still up for it.

Its much nicer before all those noisy, oily biker types turn up and spoil the tranquility

I fancy bobbing down on Friday and staying til Saturday eve. Anyone riding down from up this way (North West) or beyond? Would be good to ride the scenic route via Buxton over the cat and fiddle.

Try asking on the Northern lads pages snapper. They'll be down from somewhere over that way - just not sure which day etc.

Hoping to attend - probably only the fri evening (again) though - not really got a handle on places to stay this time, so may be a boozeless visit and a closing time push off - but no worries, still be good to get along

I'm a definite maybe.

If the plan comes together, (there's something magical about coming together ), I'll be there Friday evening till Sunday morning.

If it doesn't, (cue reverend Johnson to sheriff Bart) "Son, you're on your own....."

The Pub, you seen how much they charge theses days for a pint of water with a little alcohol added

I've got to occupy the wife for a week when I get back

Well don't be surprised if I keep nipping back to me secret stash of lager to top up me pint glass, I've got my reputation to uphold, tight fisted Yorkshireman and proud of it
