For those interested in totally eliminating the pop pop BANG BANG from their exhaust note, Secondary Air Injection removal is easy and cheap. My machinist buddy and I now have CNC'd plates available for those who'd like to just totally remove those plastic hose caps from their motors and go with a bit more stealth or custom look. You can easily see the 1st and 3rd plates as seen in the photos below.
For a plain set of 'machined finish' or beadblasted plates, we're asking $100. This covers the cost of materials, the design process, machine usage, etc. Any special colors other than black powdercoat, drop me a PM or mail to kuhlka at kuhlka.net. For black powdercoat you're looking at $105 total cost.
Shipping to anywhere in the USA is free via USPS Priority with purchase. Any other shipping services will be additional. Overseas shipping we'll work with you to make the shipping as cheap and quick as possible.
