You can now create similies in your messages. Basically typing : ) will yield  when it appears on screen. I will put in a pop up help for what is available, if you MSN messenger they are the same selections.

I've been working on mine a while
I tried disabling all the pop-up blockers in my various security places, only to get either a "pop-up blocked" or "error on page" notification every time I tried. Kept plugging away until I found the last pop-up blocker in "Tools"

You usually can temporarily bypass a popup blocker by holding either the left hand shift or ctrl key when clicking a link.

Changing the Tools settings worked alright last night, but, come the dawn...kaput! The L/H Shift key works beautifully though!

got it last nite, at the bottom of the thread there's two arrows inbetween the arrows there's an icon hover over it and all will be reveiled. click onit n its a new replie box see the little dudes .. fill ya boots folks...

My smiley pop-up window opens fine, but is too small to see all of the smilies, it's not possible to stretch it to make it bigger.
Any suggestions?

Hmmm....
I had a hard time even getting them to work! I thought I was told to hold down the left-hand [SHIFT] key, but that quit working, and then I recall that he had typed ("...or the [Ctrl] key"). This way it 's worked every time since
Or maybe you could just click on the blue panel at the top panel of the Smilies' box and drag it to where you can see them all.
Youu do know that the Smilies are only four across eh?

d c m c.The box should come on screen with a slide thingy at the rh side to go top to bottom... hang on m8y... At the bottom of this thread, on the right hand side there's a square icon with an arrow,a pair of specs, n an arrow . click on the square... n the reply window will appear,you should be able to see the smillie icon on the tool bar in the window, click on it n the smillies will appear on the top left . just enter your reply in the big box ...

If you choose to 'Quick Post' the smilies box option doesn't appear BUT if you do as col has explained above and click the box next to the glasses, you get more options and the smilies to choose from.

And if they STILL won't work...
If you get an Error Message of "POP UP WINDOW BLOCKED" or "PAGE ERROR" after clicking the "Smilies" icon, try holding down your L/H [Shift] or [Ctrl] key and click again.
Once you click the icon, release your L/H [Shift] or [Ctrl] key, and the "Smilies" box should open now.
