but things have taken another awkward turn. After attending a test day earlier in the year we found we were still having breather problems despite fitting a new oil pump. The decision was made to take the top end of and have a look. The bores were measured for clearance with the pistons and the problem found! The barells have worn! Now need new pistons and a hone to sort so will be a while due to lack of funds. Will attempt to post updates on here and our website as and when.

Bloody hell mate, where's it all going to end ? ...... let's hope that cures it though. Does that mean you won't be at Lydden then ?

Hi Pete, Don't know at this stage but not looking too good . Am hoping to get the pistons and rings next week and get the honing done soon after. Then I am in the hands of the engine builder (someone else this time who I am MUCH more comfortable with). What is certain is that when it is finally ready we will really fly
