The plan is clear, take my faithful Tbird and make it like no other.
It has to handle like a speed 955; have an engine that trills like a daytona 1200
and sound like a triple from hell.

this project almost never started cos some M F at the dvla impounded my Terese (yes I am a sad fuck that named his bike) leaving me thinking the worst, for not having a tax disk on, although they knew it had tax, but that did not stop them. any way after a week of agony thinking my loved one was gone, because neither the police or the vehicle tracing knew about it. I glad to informed that the project is back on.

So it will have speed triple swing arm and forks some tasty damper and springs.
but this is were I'm stuck, I've read the engine swap tread and unless I trick out my T3 (cos dayto 900 speed or what ever) all have the same tuning potential. Sandy from triumph ant tell me it is 1200 or nada. I kinda wanted a 955 triple on me Tbird. Any tips or help or 1050 ready to go in?? I'm a dreamer bb.

PS for the hard core Tbird sport fan the bike will keep the two exhaust on one side but these one will make little boys cry

Welcome to t595 Matt We're all mad in 'ere!!

Sounds to me like you should buy a 1050 Speed Triple! By the time you've changed the engine and most of the rolling chassis there ain't going to be much of Terese left.

Thanks for welcoming me Suppards. yes I've notice and thanks-god for that.

First of all it is really nice to see you guys taking interest in my daft project, and for that Thanks you.

As for the 1050 well if i could(£) i would, and then I probably would come here and nag Sandy for tips to get 150bhp and cool brakes and home made pipes and....
well u get the point, it's all about getting the best out of your bike.

Moreover if i had the£££ i would probably have 6 customs Triumphs in my million pound mansion's garage. lol

as for the Terese we gonna go a more traditional route of new carbs new cam and homemade exhaust but still going full on hot rod with swing arm and fork from a daytona.

and at 500£ the mods and the 2k bike i've been ridding for a year plus some bits at lest than 3K that a hell of a cool Terese

Fit the Super III cam at least. Makes it go like hot snot. 135 top end, revs and accelerates like a good un.

just a late update on the project:

no pic yet but soon,

we have manage to fit the front end form a dayto but it was not without some modifications,
as for the swing arm, the dayto one was too large and was rather cheaply made so did not want to cut off bits and compromise the rigidity of our back end so a VFR swing arm was fitted along with a hybrid hub< half honda half triumph>both item fit into each other like daddy in mum.
will fit a CBR rear shock, an rr one, that just happen to be handy in the chop and they tell me it is so much better then a non rr one... i'm still not convince.

Now our attention is all focus on the engine,
it turn-out that 595 cams fit,
and along the home made pipes, the daytona CDI, flat carbs mod by mecatwin and our magic touches at the top end of the engine, i have the highest hope for the power output.

we are (i hope) 2 weeks from completion and we will show off our BB at the ACE
i will keep you updated on dates so if any of u crazy triumph fan fancy giving the new blood so support. let me know.
until then, live long and on triumphs

Sounds very interesting Matt. Can't wait to see the pics. Just promise you won't spoil the show with one of those 'orrible vomit from a bucket swirly paintjobs. IMHO a streetfighter should be mean, moody and above all else BLACK!
