As an addition to the S3 press launch they had a little section with Triumph Product co-ordinator

Don't believe it for a second, what he is really saying is "we can't go on much longer selling all these bikes to people who really don't want to buy them. We understand that 107% of the population want a 1750cc Sports bike but until that figure reaches 183% we just aren't interested, besides with only 4.5 million litre sports bikes being sold in the UK in the last 3 months it's not really economically viable when we can sell 14 Street Triples"
