Ive been trying to up load a Triumph 1050 Sprint ST workshop manual, in zipped pdf form, to the knowledge base area. I am following the submit and article prompt and then browsing to the file name on my desktop and pressing "ADD". The system comes up with a little dialog box that seems to indicate that the site is being contacted. However after several trys of letting everything run on its own for as long as it takes, I have no indication that the article has been uploaded received or abandoned. I am on broadband and appreciate that the file is large and uploading could take time, but can anyone give me any tips? Also not too sure about ticking the various premier boxes. The "premier only" box next to the browse button, what does that do different to the two boxes at the bottom? Cheers Neal

The popup is an upload status. How big is the file you are uploading?

That'll take awhile. I suspect a popup blocker is blocking the upload status popup. When the file is uploaded, it'll be listed in the attachments with a blank "browse" box.
