well i took my rocket3 in at 9.30 as booked to greeted by carl ,as my fuel light was permantly on uuuuggggrrrrhhhhh!!!
anyway he immediatley started work on it
he asked me if i would like a hot drink to which he showed me the [free] drinks machine
i was halfway through my 2nd coffee and my rocket was fixed ,apparrantly common fault with rockets if somebodys had the tank off !!!
not me only owned the bike a month
couldnt believe the bill ONLY £22.00 thats bloody cheap for a dealership!!!!!
bike was returned and not a finger mark could be seen anywhere FANTASTIC well done to carl +mark
no wonder the workshop as just won customer service 2007
will have no problems leaving/taking my R3 there again
i was a pleasure to come away from there without feeling your credit card had just gone into meltdown

Nice one Windy Corner.

Soften 'em up with a freebie, then REALLY hit 'em come service time.

[edited]:

Without boring anyone again with the details, but my experience of them was completely at odds with dave's description. Any semblance of an understanding of the term Customer Service was notable by its complete and utter absence.

I'll never walk through their doors ever again.

Pure Triumph in Wellingborough is now my preferred dealer

Dave - sorry, only just seen the "hello" from Ben.
Only taken 5 weeks

Trust he's settled in OK. Their RAT calendar certainly looks busy.
Must try and get up there sometime.

I have positive experience of windy corner over the years, even going back to when they sold harleys. i recently took t595 in for remap- very efficient and checked on recalls, needed fuel pipes doing so did them at once. coffee chat and a quick go on speed triple test bike.
The nice young lady behind the parts counter is always helpfull as well.

Just don't get me started about my local Fiat dealer!!

I though Carl was off to Australia

My problem with Windy corner is Roger the owner as I have found him to be very rude and abrasive...............much like my good self
