a mate of mine has just sent his licence of to have 3 points put on and when it came back from the dvla it had the bike group
removed when told the dvla that he past his test in79/80 they
told him that because he had not had a bike for some years that he would have to take his test again he has hired bikes abroad
in the past and now wants to return to bikes and buy one has this happend to anybody else ? if so can reply and i can then forward the messeges to him surely it's not right
