if its a plug in alarm you need to get the plug with the bypass wire in from a dealer , if the dealer will sell you one lol

I removed the datatool alarm from my 98 triple without any problems. You just need to be carefull , do 1 wire at a time , find where it's been cut , disconnect alarm wires and reconnect original. Don't be surprised if you have to add small bits of wire to make original connections as the installers sometimes cut out some of the original loom .

With you that one Peter, fooking thing on mine a right bloody pain, I'm going to try and contact Datatool and see if I can get the "plug" to disable the dam thing. I think its Triumph Veto Evo ???, works fine, but with my luck it will die or go AWOL in the middle of nowhere with no mobile phone signal If anyone here can pm me with the instructions how to disarm the thing I'd be great full, its got a white block with a red wire if thats any help.

Dear Mr ******, Thank you for your e-mail. Unfortunately due to the security implications we can only supply the Triumph bridging plug to Triumph dealers. If your alarm does develop a fault and you would like to have it removed your dealer will be happy to send one to them free of charge. If there is anything else I can help you with please let me know. Regards, Spencer Barnes Technical Advisor Datatool Well there you go, but thx to another site member we have the required information
