my poor bruv's just had his phone stolen off the counter in his shop. the poor bugger's worked all the hours there are since opening the shop in december & some thieving fucking vermin steals his phone.
he's caugh the little cunt on cctv & let's hope the cops get him, but i very much doubt it.
i don't very often post extreme words, but if i get my hands on the worthless, thieving vermin cunt, i'll stamp on his hands until i'm sure he won't steal anything for a fucking long time

A few weeks ago my Daughter got her i-pod stolen......(third one) at school and I was a bit pissed off. Anyway I went to the school at lunch time and spoke to a few of the kids and explained the situation. Offered a tenner to the person who (found it) and my Daughter had her i-pod back that afternoon. When the kid came to claim their tenner I told them to fuck off or I would go to the Police...............and also although he didn't admit it............"He found it"............I suspected He was the low life that had stolen it in the first place.............

For what its worth, the threat of having cctv evidence used against you in a court is slim.
I know two people who have had cctv evidence of the perpetrator of a crime against them, in one case a car being broken into and the stereo taken and in the other case being confronted outside a restaurant and having a handbag snatched.
In both cases the CPS decided that the images of thier faces was not clear enough to hold up as evidence in a court of law.
This despite the case that the plice caught the little fuckers in both cases.
As a result they walked free.

or maybe done for displaying images of a (possible) minor?

'Do you know / Have you seen this man ? - Reward for positive ID information ...'
or similar - you cant be touched ?

CPS won't take a case forward unless there's a better than 50% chance of prosecution. Cops get pissed off too. It must be such a bloody frustrating job to catch this shite and just KNOW that they're the vermin responsible, but not get a prosecution.

If there are clear picture of the toerag
whilst lifting the phone why should anybody be scared of false accusation.
If the CPS wont play bring a civil charge rather than a criminal one where the burden of proof is less.
