Well after my trip to Germany and killing my bike the insurance have written of the bike so its official its really dead and i killed it

So back to the full story prior to me murdering my bike, bought it two months ago with 26400 miles on it , mint bodywork condition and an engine that sounded like a sowing machine it was love at first sight ,sit on ,ride i loved it so i bought it .the cost was £2660 paid £200 deposit took the bike to its new home the next morning .Nice mister insurance man phoned me today to make a nice offer of £2800 hmmmm me thinks , well mister insurance man my bike was in mint condition and i couldnt find another in the same condition for less than £3200 , parkers price guild was £3400 so guess what ,the nice mister insurance man said well i better give you £3200 , OK ME SAYS thats nice , SO every one im after another speed triple in roulette green , carbon factory exhaust and mint conditon ( just like mine) .or any thing else Triumph speed triple ish( all my mate are telling to get a different bike fazer 1000 etc ) they just dont get it , they have never had a Speed Triple or anything proper like what i got ..so ill leave them to there opions and dismiss them all , well of course they say a Triumph

Please help me choose one one happy bloke with another bike on the horizon

Oi reaper what ya mean camel jockey though id packed it real good
nothing moved at 110 mph IN GERMANY before the rozzers look at this .. the big bag on the back is a wheeled bag so i strapped every thing to it when we stopped over night and had a walk much to the envy of the other 5 blokes who had to make several trips back and forth carrying there's i just walked and pulled everything i dosn't look so good but who cares the bikes a Triumph and it was mine till i killed it LOL

I shall keep me eye's open yep every 12k

alternatively you could buy your bike back from the insurance company and do the repairs yourself at a fraction of the cost?!?! just a thought

alternative to that - you could sell me those headlights before the insurance man takes the bike away

The bike is still in Germany they said i could have it back for £1200 and i would have to get back from Germany the lights are knackered my little get of allowed me to slide down the black stuff on the left then drop down a grass embankment about 7 foot and smash the other side , even the swing arm was ground flat along its bottom edge front wheel dented ,both front disks twisted , bar bent , all switch gear smashed , clocks ripped of their mountings and all the wires ripped out of the clock housing, rear seat pulled of it locking pin, forks bent, every plastic body part smashed to some degree , tank flat spotted , lights flat spotted on the left lamp dented on the right lamp , engine was running about 4 mins ( key snapped of in ignition ) and kill switch in the ground 4 " took 5 blokes to lift the bike up with the clutch in to kill the engine , gear selector snapped,
believe it or not both the clutch and brake levers werent even bent

AND ALL THIS HAPPENED AT 28 KMH it wasn't the slide that did the damage it was the drop down the embankment and flip over on to the only ferkin concrete block in a 20 acre field

£1200!!!!!!!!!!! are they having a laugh?

Nah best go buy a replacement - I saw this one on the Bay last week or the week before http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/.....A:IT&ih=015 no one had a stab but that would be £400 more than the fellas at the insurance company want for yours and it's not been reduced to rubble.
