yes, I work in Telford so have used them a bit. No complaints, fair prices, seem like nice people. My only (slight) moan is the loan bike they once gave me - a GS500

A mate has bought several triumphs from them and has had very good service, inc warranty issues.
I once had a bike on loan bike when mine was in for servicing and they accused me of bringing it back damaged - it was perfect when I left it. I suspect one of their mechanics dropped it and tried to cover up. That was all a few years ago though.
